Refund & Returns Policy

Choosing what touches your baby is a big decision, and we never take your trust for granted. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it as simple and stress-free as possible to put it right.

This policy explains when items can be returned, the few things we can’t take back for hygiene and safety reasons, and exactly how to reach us. It doesn’t affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Our 30-day peace of mind

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return on eligible items. We’d just ask that you get in touch first, so we can guide you through it properly.

What can be returned

To be eligible for a refund, an item should be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Unused and unopened, in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging, with any hygiene seals still intact.
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

What we can’t accept back

Because so many of our products are made for newborns — going straight against delicate skin, or into little mouths — some items can’t be returned once opened, purely for safety and hygiene. These include:

  • Opened or used skincare and bath products (washes, lotions, bubble baths).
  • Opened or used feeding items — bottles, teats, teethers, pacifiers and soothers, or anything designed to go in your baby’s mouth.
  • Opened wipes, nappies, changing liners and other personal-care consumables.
  • Used grooming items (nail kits, brushes, sponges).
  • Digital downloads and guides, once they’ve been accessed or downloaded.
  • Clearance or final-sale items and gift cards.

This never applies if an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect — see below.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered, that’s on us to fix. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — usually with no need to send anything back.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@bubzies.com with your order number and the reason for your return (add a photo if the item is damaged).
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days to confirm whether your item is eligible and send simple return instructions.
  3. If a return is needed, pop the item back in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide.
  4. Once it’s received and checked, we’ll process your refund or replacement straight away.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider’s processing times.

Exchanges

The quickest way to swap an item is to request a refund on the original and place a new order. If you’d like a hand choosing the right alternative, just message us — we’re always happy to help.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is because of a fault, a damaged item, or our mistake, we cover the cost — you’ll never be out of pocket for something we got wrong.

Order changes & cancellations

We aim to get orders moving quickly, and many ship soon after they’re placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12–24 hours and we’ll do our best. Once an order has been dispatched, it follows the standard returns process above.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived after the expected window, please double-check your bank account, then contact your card provider, as processing can take a little time. Still nothing? Email us and we’ll happily chase it down with you.
